Veronica L. Zubia brings over two decades of leadership, clinical expertise, and service-driven dedication to her role as Executive Director at Novara Recovery Center. A licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and master-level certified addiction professional (MCAP), Veronica is also a decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, having proudly served for 22 years and retired with the rank of Master Sergeant. Veronica is widely respected for her unwavering passion for client care, her tenacious leadership, and her ability to cultivate high-performing, compassionate teams. Her presence at Novara strengthens our commitment to delivering clinically sound, trauma-informed, and outcomes-driven care to the Northern Virginia community.
