Theresa Osmond is the Director of Admissions at Novara Recovery Center, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the substance use and mental health field. Before joining Novara, she spent years in leadership at one of the nation’s largest treatment facilities, where she helped countless families navigate the recovery process and mentored staff in compassionate, client-centered care.
Having begun her own recovery journey almost ten years ago, Theresa approaches her work with empathy, professionalism, and an unwavering belief that recovery is possible for everyone. She is passionate about making sure each person feels seen, heard, and understood from the very first conversation.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Theresa remains active in multiple recovery communities and is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work. Theresa has also studied Health Science, deepening her understanding of holistic care and wellness. Her mission is to help others find hope, healing, and a safe path forward.
