Ted Lee - CSAC Supervisee

Ted Lee is a Case Manager at Novara Recovery Center with more than six years of experience supporting adults with substance use disorders, homelessness, and reentry into the community following incarceration. He specializes in care coordination, discharge planning, and connecting clients with community resources that support long-term recovery.

Ted earned a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Before entering the behavioral health field, he worked in the software industry, where he developed strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. His experience also includes working with Clean and Sober Streets and Regional Addiction Prevention (RAP) in Washington, DC, as well as Friends of Guest House in Alexandria, Virginia, supporting individuals with recovery, housing, employment, and legal challenges.

Ted believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. He recognizes that many individuals struggling with addiction have lost confidence in themselves and their ability to change. Through genuine connection, encouragement, and accountability, Ted helps clients recognize their strengths, rebuild hope, and create a foundation for lasting recovery.

Outside of work, Ted enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, watching sports, traveling, and playing golf.
