Nicole leads the clinical program at Novara Recovery Center, bringing more than a decade of behavioral health experience spanning direct clinical care, program leadership, and multi-site operations. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia, she is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist, and certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy, a clinical depth that shapes Novara’s trauma-informed approach to substance use treatment.
Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She earned her Master of Social Work from New York University (NYU) and her Bachelor of Social Work from Christopher Newport University (CNU).
Before joining Novara, Nicole worked in various settings, ranging from higher levels of care, such as inpatient and residential treatment centers, to opening a private practice in the community.
As Clinical Director, she draws on her clinical experience and leadership background to support thoughtful program growth while maintaining a warm, client-centered approach to care. She is passionate about creating collaborative teams and creating an environment where clinicians feel supported and valued.
