My name is Caity Tanner, and I am the Director of Human Resources for Novara Recovery. I have spent the last six years working as the Director of HR at acute psych facilities in Columbus, OH, and recently transitioned to this role remotely to support the Novara team.
I hold a master’s in Human Resource Management and the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional designation. I have a passion for ending the stigma that comes with mental illness and strongly advocate for my staff to focus on remaining mentally healthy so they can show up and make a difference in the lives of our clients.
