Justin brings seven years of behavioral health admissions experience to Novara, along with something no résumé can teach: he is a person in recovery himself. That lived experience shapes every conversation he has with clients and families. He knows what it feels like to make the call, and what it takes to follow through.
Before joining Novara, Justin spent six years with treatment programs nationwide, first as an admissions coordinator guiding patients and families through their first steps into care, then as an admissions manager leading and coaching a team. He is skilled at insurance verification, crisis intervention, and coordinating with clinical and medical staff to make the path from first call to first day as smooth as possible.
Justin lives by a simple idea: nothing changes if nothing changes. His role is to help people take that first step, and to make sure that when they do, someone is there to meet them.
