Tiffany Ahmed is a Primary Therapist specializing in co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, with a particular focus on trauma-informed care and treatment. With over 30 years of clinical and human services experience, spanning group homes for juvenile offenders, the Mental Health Substance Abuse Division of Virginia Beach’s Community Services Board, Dominion Hospital’s Complex Trauma Disorders program, and residential treatment, she brings deep expertise across the full continuum of care.
Tiffany holds a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and is preparing to sit for her LCSW exam. At the heart of her practice is a belief in partnering with individuals to make space for grace, dispel stigma, plant seeds of hope, and walk alongside people on their path toward healing, resilience, and recovery.
