Abram brings to Novara more than six years of experience in the treatment field. He has received Peer Recovery Specialist training through the Virginia Community Service Board, and has participated inextensive training in the areas of family systems and case management. He began his career as a house manager for transitional living, followed by a position as an individual recovery coach and group co-facilitator at an intensive outpatient facility. Abram then stepped into the role of admissions beginning in late 2020. It is in this capacity that he developed skills to help simplify a complex and often intimidating process for clients and their loved ones.
